Adriano De Souza and an intimate jam, Keramas

Hot damn, the Oakley Pro, Bali is back on and totally smoking. The swell we’ve all been waiting for has shown up, so much so that Taj Burrow came back in prior to his heat starting to swap his craft for something with more foam (which was a good move, since he then took out Miguel Pupo). Up in heat 10 is the man y’see pictured here, Mr Adriano De Souza. Currently fifth in the world, Ads slipped four spots post-Fiji, and ain’t a slouch in ramps, which Keramas will certainly have by the time his heat hits the water (and hopefully, some wind assistance too). Adriano has done a lot of time here this year and knows the wave real well. This water moment is from a lay day, but ain’t a far-cry from what you can expect when the jersey comes on.
