Mitch Coleborn, Fingal Beach, Tweed Coast

Mitch Coleborn is well and truly back. Watching him surf lately, you’d never guess he’d undergone surgery on his knee and missed out on a few months in the water. With the recent heat Cyclone Vania gave the Gold Coast, Snapper and Kirra have been a bit more crowded (than usual) as of late. Snapper was firing on this day, but Mitch hates surfing with the crowd there and photog Matty O’Brien (who shot this) hates photographing it, so they decided to head down south, across the Tweed river and over to Fingal beach. What they found were some fun ramps with one-100th of the crowd.
