Matt Wilkinson hasn’t had the hottest year on tour in 2012, but the Mentawais clip he released this week kinda made none of that matter. Say what you might about the Central-Coaster’s hijinks, at least he brings some eccentricity (largely liquor-fuelled), to professional surfing. His mix for StabFM is as you might imagine – tongue-in-cheek but, ultimately, pretty fun in a slightly stoopid-kinda way. Save it for house parties. You’ll be surprised.

hey wilko, apologies to the sarcasm but.. do you realize (clearly!) how terrible you are mate? you think it’s styl-ish to hang around like a fucking king kong with hats? do you think it’s cool to walk around like a poser who’s not caring about the tour you are in? by the way… do you think you’re on the same level as the other guys? (you try really hard that’s for sure. we all know that!). if you do not yet have noticed very soon(-ish) you will say goodbye to the tour and perhaps will just update your shitty blog. don’t get me wrong but i’m fucking glad (and for sure i’m not the only one) that this will be your last year on tour! gotta move on mate!
