One thing to bear in mind when watching episode four of Julian Wilson: La Réunion is that these ain’t the most premium clips that were collected during Jules and Jordy’s Red Bull trip. That stuff’s being kept for Jordy’s film, coming out this year, directed by Kai Neville. Instead, what y’have here is an edit of beautiful teasers. You’ll get a feel for how good this wave is. these episodes are the biggest waste of time ever. who cares if these aren’t the best clips of the trip. whenever there was a clip put up of the dear suburbia teaser clips it always got me keen for the movie. these ones just make me even less interested in jordy’s movie than i already am

do “surfers” even get a look-in to the editing of these red bull movies? fuck me, i’m sure there was some better stuff in the mix than what they put in there. They were more like fuckin f-roll clips. they surf way better than that and that just made them look rediculous. ripping yes, but c’mon……

Could be better, get an idea and run with it…make the theme of ur flick and get some surfing that amps crew to surf! Some good angles needs a bit more soul

two pro surfers we give our money to, atleast so they can give us good footage to watch and get amped/pumped with, this doesnt do it, is it just me or do these kooks suck eachothers dicks behind scenes and not the 540′s ive been hoping to see.
i know for a fact that if i went on that trip id be getting way better footage, making people amped with some real surfing, top to bottom, real power turns, taller waves, gnarlier sections, burying my rail. these two, well. just making me depressed.
