Julian Wilson: La Réunion – episode five
It’d be tough to find a better aerial/power combo than Julian Wilson and Jordy Smith. As you know by now, Red Bull sent the duo to Reunion Island a little while back to take hot shots at a 720, or 540, and to film a climax for Jordy’s coming-soon film. Obvs the premium gear’s being banked til the film’s released, but the offcuts are still sizzling. The final two webisodes have more surfing clips than any other and, this being the second last, is very good viewing. Tie your laces and hit the triangle.

That was cool !!! I have seen this wave filmed before but never from that side on angle , was that shot from a ski ? I have also been to that wave its in a harbor but no land for miles to shoot side on ?
