from that angle it doesnt look so heavy but its a really square first half... break the 3:31 second down into ten frames and by then that pit is going nuts... he woulda been going into overdrive on that wave, the last wave of his heat, it was hell claim worthy, but it was hardly a claim at that... it was more of a bahh! than a booyah!... you want big claim think johnny boy... bede didnt care bout anythinng xcept how stoked that pit was. get that up ya

bert: i can understand claiming to be expressive, happy and proud, but 'influencing the judges' is not a good reason to claim, its the lamest form of claiming there is and it reeks of desperation. as bruce once said "the best claim is no claim." bedes pit was sick but not claim worthy, so clearly he was trying to influence his scores, whereas dane wouldve just exited the tube an gone straight into his next maneuver.

They claim when they want, as they like, why shouldn't they? If the guy is expressive, happy, proud, or trying to influence judges, why shouldn't he claim?
Adriano's floater is cool, the guy rips. And I love the way he claims, that's great. he's right to claim, as Durbidge was right too! Who cares about surfing machines with no expression, no feeling, just like some kind of Bjorn Borg style?

In case you didn't notice they had melodramatic music playing in this clip so that counts the girls out.
Girls surf slow and weak.there is no drama so it would be an insult to the musicians to put their mediocore surfing in the mix.
Really i wouldn't be suprised if all the girls on tour have little nads growing out the side of their labia.
They are really grouse war pigs with manly voices and walks.Broad muscly shoulders and unsightly hair.
I say keep them at lobitos where only a few crusty old fishermen will have to see them.

Highlights - nice video.i prefer regular film but for slow mos this was good.

Lowlights - Stab selling out and censoring the comments page.Anyone notice there are hardly any comments written now and no funny ones.Stab sucked the life out of the commentary and stabbed their own website in the foot in the process.

Look at Jordys board at the 0:40 second mark. Looks like he has a shitload of hip on that tail. Bedes barrel was unreal but that claim was over the top. The quik pro had the least claims I have seen in a very long time.
