Dane Reynolds, Rincon pocket wrap, CA

While Cali enjoyed its most recent swell, Dane Reynolds was in the mix. And at times, he wasn’t quite feeling it. During one session at Rincon, he searched a little too long for an empty space in each carpark (both of which were full). After parking, he pulled out his Sperm Whale and discussed testing the sled with photog Morgan Maassen, who happened to be riding a Whale himself at the time. After less than an hour int he brine, Dane became frustrated with the crowd and went in. And that was that. This Rincon pocket-wrap, howevs, is mos def something to dig on.
