Conner Coffin gets Ballito Wildcard

This year it’s back, a prime event in early July. And 18-year-old Conner Coffin has the wildcard. “Ballito looks amazing,” he said. “To have the chance to surf perfect waves against the best surfers in the world, as a wildcard, makes this a huge opportunity for me. I was super excited to hear the news because I have always wanted to surf in Ballito.” If the waves are like last year, Conner’s down-the-line attack will be well-suited.
JBay is gonna suck balls cause they’ve shortened the waiting period. They can’t have lay-days (well, maybe 1 or 2 max?) so most heats will probably be run in crappy conditions.
Jbay aint even a prime. its a 6 star but primes are different: bigger prize purse, more points, and longer waiting period
