Percentage of average surfers whose surfing would improve riding a neckbeard and dumpster diver…0%. Dane can ride a door, doesnt mean you can.

2.

Worst font ever. Need a forensic handwriting expert to decipher 3 from 5.

3.

you’re a donk, look again!

4.

time spent on developing fall line of Summer Teeth… 5 minutes

5.

I got a Rubble – over priced to buggery BUT a very good board – better than the local shapes around town which I have been riding for years. I suppose they are popular for a reason. Agreed about the neckbeard – doesn’t look practical for your average egg, ie; me. anyhoo surfing is funner and cheaper than golf or the brothel.

23.3 is the volume of kellys boards and he paddles these things Into waves like teepoo unfuckingreal surfing a board with that little volume would be kina hard unless you 50kgs or kelly.

    2.

    Hey donk it’s 25.5, not 23.3

      3.

      you’re a donk, look again!

I used to always go to channel islands website to look at board layouts, now the layout is super lame hipster bs branding… i’m not gonna memorize what 30 logos/names go with the board. marketing fail. don’t go to that site anymore.

13.

poop

14.

23.3L is ridiculously low volume?! Obviously the man knows what he’s doing better than anyone but it’s funny to see that Dane can get similarly ridiculous levels of performance from “fun” sized volume boards…

15.

Ci boards and JS boards retailing here in Aussie for nearly a grand..$835 for a cheapo, $900+ for something hip with a five fin setup. Then you must buy fins, not cheap plastic fins, expensive glass ones. Danes model requires a diffrent cant for best performance..Fuck, why so expensive? The CNC machines reduce labour and pop them out in six minutes flat.

    16.

my shaper has the JS templates for several models. I just got a Blak box made in 5’10 with a 5 fin set up and 6oz glass on the bottom so i can summer bash it for years.. $450 later. yeeeaaahhhh. and it fucking goes off too. my bro in law is waiting on a 5’10 revolution through my shaper.. another $450 board. i cant spot a difference between the boards i have seen through this shaper and the actual JS models. in fact, the one i had made probably uses better materials.

If anyone wants details leave your email address and i’ll get in touch

      17.

based around sydney/central coast NSW i should have added

      18.

      Yeah… But it’s not a CI.

        19.

thats the whole point mate. Its just as fucking good and less than half price.

      20.

Yeah, I got a suit made in Tailand thats the same cut as an Armani. I reckon the materials they used where betterwool too!… Cmon, rather be influenced by great shapers, dont just copy them. $1000 a year is a bargain in comparison to any other sport.. do the math

      21.

Sweet. Just post the details here. There is no way in Polar hell im posting my email address here.

22.

buy a handshaped psillakis ,the boards go sic, and keeping the money in aust

23.

disprin. for $840 they dissolve in water

24.

a moped is cheaper than this pieces of foam made by a machine! No labor!!!!
and not even has warranty!!!
u broke it on the very first day?? fuck you!!!!

25.

EPS boards by local shapers work sick (bit less flexy though) ,and last forever, at a cost of $450-$550. CI costs $650 poly at the minimum, and fall apart if you get anything light enough to surf proper. If you can find a local shape that works, avoid the hype and go local.

26.

i don’t get the cost ex team boards stats?

    27.

yeah i wondered about that too. could it be the cost for a regular joe to buy a board kelly or dane have returned?

      28.

HAHA so we would buy the boards that don’t work for say $1000-5000 are they fkn kidding?

        29.

i think it would be more the fact that it was owned by kelly that made it valuable as a collectors piece, and it would not be something you’d ride.

          30.

I get that but it would want to be a board kelly won Pipe on or something like that.
$1000+ for a board he rode one time and didn’t like is a joke.

31.

totally agree sandman. that $1000 would buy me two boards, plus tail pads and leashes with maybe enough left over to buy a decent surf mag. like ASL or Waves.

32.

yeah if STAB could clarify that would be cool

33.

These are generic identicle computer models of what the surfer likes to surf. You probably aren”t equiped to surf Kelly or Danes’ boards. Except Danes’ are a little more real. I don’t ride CI but my brother has a KS model he loves in barrels.

    34.

I make my own boards, for less than $200, and I love them in barrels too

35.

My girl friend likes summer teeth …. she don’t surf …
but she gives great head :)

36.

Response to 22…. I would never give my hard earned $ to a dude that snakes me ten times in a surf and drops in like there is none one else in the fkn water….. Ha ha
