On this week’s program we break down the final day of the Billabong Pro with none other than Nick Carrol, brother of two time world champ, Tom, and eminent (Australia’s Surfing Life) surf writer and commentator in his own right (he watched the event from the channel). Ace Buchan recalls for us his early days in Tahiti staying and surfing with Andy Irons, and tells us why he was unquestionably better out there than Kelly.
Finally, Craig Anderson takes us out with a few tunes and a chat about his youth in South Africa (think getting the cane at high school and weekend trips to J Bay) and why surfing alongside John John Florence is enough to give any pro surfer a nervous breakdown.
